The PEI program is an educational facility that creates an enabling environment in which children between the ages of 1 and 15 years old can develop their fullest human potential. Currently, 100 students are receiving scholarship school education: we have 20 children who are receiving full scholarships and 80 children receiving partial scholarships. Our original goal was to provide 30 full scholarships and 34 partial scholarships.
